A Little Entertainment

I’ve been building chicken coops, tree houses, compost bins, tables, sheds, laying hard wood floors, installing base boards and switching out crown molding. I can tell you that I’m ready for a little entertainment. I’ve never been to this particular rodeo but I hear it is one of the best… that is the Houston Live Stock Show and Rodeo.

It’s everything that a rodeo should be and has a splash of great entertainment. There’s just something about the raw action of a rodeo that I like. I spend a lot of time working with my hands and I like to watch others work while I’m entertained! Make no mistake that those rodeo pros are working when they’re riding those bulls! But the Houston Rodeo is more than just a rodeo. There’s a premium live stock show and the true icing on the cake is the live music entertainment. The show runs from March 2nd to March 21st and, if you haven’t already, you have to take a look at the line-up. They kick it off with Alan Jackson, Dierks Bentley, Kenny Chesney, Mary Blige, Jason Aldean, Jonas Brothers, Tim McGraw, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flats and many others. It’s a great series of events.
